Refund policy

Due to the customizable nature of the items sold here, refunds are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

If a mistake has been made on the shop's part, please contact the shop immediately. Double check your order for typos and incorrect addresses PRIOR to submitting the order.

If the item is delivered damaged or incorrect, please contact the shop within 3 business days to receive a replacement as soon as possible.

Items which are made with vinyl are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. All listings have care instructions and they can be included in the package on request. Failure to follow these care instructions will not result in a refund or a replacement on the shop's part.
